All current events about Club Med boat in The Millenium Race.

In a way to reply to the editorial demand of the website, we created a back office dedicated to the management of Rich Media contents. Every journalist had a private access which allowed him to publish informations on the website : ranking updatings, and new positions four times a day, news edited two or three times a day and a daily lined-up of pictures and videos.

The entire website is developed in Coldfusion and that offered a large flexibility of uses. It has already hosted thousands of visitors a day (web consultancy peak : 60 000 pages seen and 13 000 visitors on the  02/01/01 ).

1993 celebrates the birth of a full-fledged race, a sailing trip around the world giving full permission for sailers and architects creativity. As a result, six giants will be on the top of The Race on the 31 of December of 2000 in Barcelone.

We managed the webmastering of the website  : www.therace.org  for two years, as well as the follow-up of records of the Explorer maxi-catamaran and new challengers.
